Where is my order?

All orders will be shipped out the next business day once it is placed. For standard shipping please allow 5-7 business days, for expedited shipping please contact us via email melangechicboutique@gmail.com.

I'm worried I haven't received my tracking information yet?

We apologize that your order has not been received. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your items after the 7th business day, please contact us.

I had seen an item that is no longer in stock.

Unfortunately, we are out of that item, however at times we do restock our hottest items.  

How long does it take to receive my store credit?

When we receive your return we will process the return within 14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

Mélange does not issues refunds, however if you're not completely satisfied with your order you can return it for store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed in its original packaging. Sale items are final.
Please email melangechicboutique@gmail.com prior to returning your item. You have seven days after your receive your item to return it. Members are responsible for all shipping cost.
Make sure to obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way to us.
We have the right not to credit you if our return policy is not followed.
